This is a great little getaway place. I highly recommend it. The room is really nicely set up with everything you need for a pleasant visit to Hobart.
This a lovely place to stay- very comfortable and well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches. It's easy to get around and into town and our host Rebecca was lovely.

What a lovely property & accommodation at Tutors apartment. My husband & I stayed with our adult daughters & there was plenty of room & very comfortable with the heated flooring. Would recommend this accommodation in lovely Sandy Bay. Rebecca has great communication & is very helpful.

This accommodation had everything you want in a luxury hotel but with more room. From quality linen, to heated flooring/towel racks, a large bath, to a Sonos entertainment system and Netflix. The location was very private and the guest parking was handy. It's about a 15 minute walk to Salamanca markets and 5 minute walk to cafes on Sandy Bay Rd. A lovely neighbourhood.

Beautiful spacious home with great bathroom and toiletries products and an extremely comfortable bed. Location was great and only a short drive to Salamanca and various local attractions and great places to eat. The place was hard to leave - a home away from home.
The Hideaway is just as good as it looks in the photos and our host Rebecca could not have been more helpful. The privacy is great and the view of the clear night or beautiful blue Autumn sky above the bed was a real treat with lovely floor heating to help keep away the chill. Highly recommended.

This is a special and unique spot to stay in Hobart. We only stayed one night, but the setting was so private and comfortable, we wished we could have stayed longer. The retractable roof over the bed was fun. The entertainment options from music, TV with Apple TV and Netflix and the sleek, modern bath were a delight. There is not a kitchen, but a kettle and toaster for basic breakfast and a small refrigerator for essentials. We have stayed in many Airbnb properties, but this one is special and recommend that you give it a try, especially for a romantic getaway.
This is such a unique and wonderful play to stay! We loved every minute of this airbnb. Walking distance to the harbor and MONA ferry. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The retractable roof was an added bonus especially thanks to the good weather we had. We even made a fire and enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio to enjoy the stars and scenery. The room is small but perfect for 2 - it feels like a smart house with its heated floors and surround sound audio system. Don't hesitate to book - worth every penny!
Rebecca was really great and made us feel very welcome and extremely comfortable. She had prepared detailed guides of where to eat and what to see, there was super quick wifi and even a sound system which was a nice touch. The room was gorgeous and will have anyone WOW at the clever layout. It is only a short walk to town (about 15 mins) and there are several places to eat so close. We are at D'Angelo And had a delicious authentic Italian meal. Definitely recommend this place and I hope to be back again soon! Cheers!

Good well presented accommodation within walking distance of Sandy Bay and Battery Point. A lot of thought has been given to your requirements during your stay with a lot of information about the local area. Guest should be aware that the accommodation does not have a full kitchen though simple meals can be prepared in the well equiped kitchenette. Recommended.

The school house is a little oasis - Stylish, luxurious and perfectly situated. We arrived after 7 days on the overland track and it was everything we'd hoped for. Easy walk to town. Very comfy and beautiful big bath. Bec was very welcoming and left really clear instructions. The second bedroom is small with a single bed so definitely better for a couple / family rather than two friends as one of us had the short straw but the main bedroom was really beautiful and comfy and such a treat to stay in a slice of Hobart history. Nearby small fry is amazing for breakfast and note Mona is not open on Tuesdays. We made this mistake so will have to come back!
It was a perfect spot - lovely and warm and hi tech... close to the markets and shops etc. Perfect for a couple wanting to get away! Can't wait to stay here again :)
Perfect place to stay. Everything about our stay was seamless from start to finish. The accomodation itself was immaculate and the location couldn't have been better, only a 10-15 min easy walk to the water. Would recommend to anyone!

We loved all the facilities available on premises down to the Sonos sound system. 20 minute walk to Salamanca and and constitution dock, 15 to battery point and 10 minute walk to restaurant and supermarkets. Rebecca has being a great host. Very helpful.
We stayed in the Tutors Apartment for 2 nights and it was probably the best Airbnb experience we've had. Rebecca was most helpful, welcoming and has Airbnb hosting narrowed down to a fine art. The accomodation is stylishly modern, perfectly clean and the beds, couch and even the bathrobes are luxurious and extremely comfortable. The location too was also fantastic as it is in a beautiful historic area, within easy walking distance to some great little quirky cafes/restaurants. We highly recommend this accomodation to all.

Rebecca's accommodation well exceeded expectations. It was a pleasure to stay in such a unique space. The accomodation is ideally located in a very nice area of Hobart and well within walking distance to the main city areas. Tasmania is awesome! I look forward to visiting again soon.
The apartment was just as described by host Rebecca, who kindly made sure we understood where everything was and was available should we need her. The spaciousness and the open views were a lovely surprise. In particular everything was so CLEAN, with all amenities feeling new and well cared for. The tutor's apartment is exactly as presented in the ads. It's contemporary, very well appointed, with extremely comfortale beds, and good quality bed linen. We'll stay there again!
